AIMapper Beta is now officially open.Appotronics is inviting a limited number of creators, studios, system integrators, and immersive experience teams to participate in the first AIMapper Beta Program.Designed for real-world projection mapping applications, AIMapper explores a faster and more intelligent workflow for complex surfaces, spatial adaptation, and immersive visual environments.

About AIMapper

AIMapper is an AI-powered projection mapping workflow platform developed to simplify mapping preparation and improve production efficiency across creative installations.

The platform is designed to support projection mapping workflows involving:

• 3D objects

• Sculptural surfaces

• Irregular structures

• Indoor immersive environments

• Creative exhibition installations

The current Beta version focuses on practical testing and workflow collaboration in selected application scenarios.

What Selected Participants Will Receive

Participants selected for the Beta Program will receive:

• Early access to AIMapper Beta

• Technical onboarding and workflow guidance

• Direct support from the Appotronics team during testing

• Assistance throughout the project evaluation process

This program is intended for real project environments and practical workflow exploration.

Priority Application Scenarios

The current Beta phase is prioritizing projects related to:

• Indoor projection mapping

• 3D models and sculptural objects

• Medium-complexity immersive installations

• Exhibition and digital art environments

• Creative spatial storytelling applications

Applications will be reviewed based on project relevance and testing suitability.

Beta Participation Process

Step 1 — Submit Application

Complete the Beta application form with basic project information and intended usage scenarios.

Step 2 — Project Review

Our team will evaluate project suitability based on application scenarios and testing requirements.

Step 3 — Participant Contact

Selected participants will be contacted by our team before next Friday 29th May .

Step 4 — Beta Testing Support

Approved participants will receive onboarding support and direct communication throughout the testing process.

Limited Beta Access

To ensure focused collaboration and effective technical support, the current AIMapper Beta Program is limited to 10 selected projects worldwide.
